Garage Doors We Install

All major brands — Clopay preferred

We install all major garage door brands, with Clopay as our preferred and most commonly installed manufacturer. Clopay gives most homeowners the best mix of style, quality, and easy-to-source parts — but when another brand is a better fit for your home or budget, we can source that too.

Clopay preferred

Our go-to line for its range of styles, solid quality, and easy-to-source parts.

All major brands

We install and service every major manufacturer — not just one.

Sourced to fit

When another brand suits your home or budget better, we can source that too.

Repair or Replace?

Not every door needs replacing

A lot of doors can be repaired for far less than a new one — and if yours is a reasonable fix, we’ll tell you. Replacement usually makes more sense when:

Extensive panel or structural damage

When the panels or frame are badly bent, rusted, or compromised, a new door is usually safer and cheaper than patching it.

An older door needing repeated repairs

If you're calling for the same door again and again, those repair bills start to add up to a replacement.

You want much better insulation

There's no retrofit for a poorly insulated door. If you want a cooler, quieter garage, a new insulated door is the way.

A major curb-appeal or design change

Updating the front of your home — new style, color, or windows — is a job for a new door, not a repair.

Repair costs approaching replacement

When a big repair costs a large share of a new door, replacing usually makes more sense over the long run.

Several major parts near end of life

If the springs, rollers, panels, and hardware are all worn out at once, a fresh, balanced system is the better value.

Still fixable? We’d rather repair your door than sell you one you don’t need. See our repair service.

How a new door install works

Straightforward and no-pressure — from the first free measurement to hauling away your old door.

It costs nothing to have us come out. We measure your opening precisely — no charge, no obligation.

  2. 02

    Find the Right Door

We walk you through the options — Clopay is our go-to, and we can source another brand when it fits better — and find the best match for your home, style, and budget.

  3. 03

Free Written Quote — No Pressure

We write up a clear quote and send it over at no cost. Decide on your own time.

  4. 04

    We Confirm Before Ordering

Before we order anything, we come back out to double-check the measurements and make sure everything lines up — so it fits right the first time.

  5. 05

    Order & Delivery Updates

We order the door and keep you posted on when it'll arrive, then pick it up once it's in.

  6. 06

    Schedule, Install & Haul-Away

We schedule around you and give you a courtesy call when we're on the way. Then we take down the old door, haul away the old parts, and install your new one.

What we check when we measure

The free measurement is about more than width and height. We look at:

  • The door opening
  • Headroom above the opening
  • Backroom / ceiling depth
  • Existing framing & install area
  • Your current opener setup
  • Anything that could affect a proper install

Before we leave

We don’t call it done until your door is dialed in. We:

  • Balance the door
  • Test smooth operation
  • Set & check the opener
  • Verify travel & safety limits
  • Test the photo-eye sensors
  • Test the safety reversal
  • A final inspection before we go

Choose Your Style

Find the look that fits your home

Most homeowners start with the look. Here are the four directions we help you choose between — then we match the right door, color, and windows to it.

Traditional

Raised-panel and paneled looks that complement almost any home.

Modern

Clean lines with flush or full-view panels for a contemporary front.

Carriage House

Arched windows and decorative hardware for warmth and character.

Full-View

Glass-and-aluminum doors that flood the garage with natural light.

Make It Yours

Customize every detail

Once the style is set, it’s all in the details — build your door step by step.

Step 1

Panel Style

Flush, short-panel, long-panel, or modern — the shape that fits your home.

Step 2

Color

A range of factory finishes, from classic neutrals to bold statements.

Step 3

Windows

Add a row of window sections for light and curb appeal.

Step 4

Glass

Clear, tinted, or frosted/privacy glass — light without losing privacy.

Step 5

Hardware

Decorative handles and hinges, plus wood-look finishes for character.

Insulation

How much insulation do you actually need?

R-value is a measure of how well a door resists heat — the higher the number, the more it slows the Arizona heat from getting in (and your cool air from getting out), along with less noise and a more rigid door. More isn’t always worth it, though — here’s how the options compare so you only pay for what your home needs.

01

Non-Insulated

A single layer of steel — lightest and lowest cost. A sensible choice for a detached garage or a space you don't heat or cool.

02

Insulated

A foam core adds temperature and sound control — noticeably cooler and quieter. A strong middle ground for most attached garages.

03

Steel-Back Insulated

Insulation sandwiched between two steel skins. The most rigid, quietest, and best at holding out Arizona heat — ideal when the garage sits under or beside living space.

Our honest take: if your garage sits under or beside living space, or you use it as a room, insulation pays off in comfort, quiet, and AC load. If it’s detached or rarely used, a non-insulated door is often the smarter spend. We’ll tell you straight.

Every Install Includes

A complete installation, not just new panels

A new door is a whole system. Every installation comes with new hardware, fresh weather seal, and a properly sized spring system — measured to your opening, balanced, safety-checked, and cleaned up.

  • New garage door
  • New tracks
  • New rollers
  • New hinges & hardware
  • Properly sized torsion spring system
  • New perimeter trim & weather seal
  • Professional installation
  • Door balancing & safety inspection
  • Removal & haul-away of the old door

Openers

Do I need a new opener too?

Not necessarily. A new door doesn’t automatically require a new opener — we inspect your existing opener and reuse it when it’s in good shape. If you’d rather upgrade to something quieter or smarter, we install Chamberlain and LiftMaster openers and can set it up with the new door.

What Phoenix homeowners say

Warranty & Availability

What’s covered, and how soon

Manufacturer Warranty

Your new door is backed by its manufacturer's warranty against defects — coverage varies by brand and model, and we'll show you the specifics for the door you choose.

Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our installation. If something isn't right because of how it was installed, we make it right.

Spring & Hardware Coverage

The torsion spring system and hardware we install are covered too, so the whole door is protected — not just the panels.

Lead times

How soon your door arrives depends on the specific model, size, color, windows, and customization. Stock and common configurations are usually available sooner; custom doors take a little longer. We’ll give you a realistic timeframe with your quote.

Local Considerations

Have an HOA? We can help.

Lots of Phoenix-area communities have rules about how a garage door can look. We’ll help you pick an option that fits your home and your HOA, and provide the door and model details you may need for your approval request. Common HOA requirements cover:

We help you choose a compliant door and hand you the info to submit — homeowners handle their own HOA approval.

FAQ

New garage door questions, answered

What brand of garage doors do you install?

We install and service every major garage door brand. Clopay is our preferred line — an established manufacturer with a huge range of styles — so it's what we recommend most, but we're glad to install whatever fits your project best.

Why do you recommend Clopay?

Clopay offers a huge range of styles from traditional to modern, insulated and non-insulated options, and lots of colors, windows, and finishes. Replacement parts are widely available, so your door stays easy to service down the road.

Are insulated doors worth it in Arizona?

Often, yes — an insulated door keeps the garage and adjacent rooms cooler and runs quieter. But it isn't automatic: if your garage is detached or you rarely use the space, a non-insulated door can be the smarter buy. We'll give you an honest recommendation.

What's the difference between insulated and steel-back doors?

A non-insulated door is a single steel layer. An insulated door adds a foam core for temperature and sound control. A steel-back door sandwiches that insulation between two steel skins — the most rigid, quietest, and best-insulating option.

Can I keep my existing opener?

Usually. A new door doesn't automatically require a new opener — we inspect yours and reuse it when it's in good shape. If you'd like to upgrade, we install Chamberlain and LiftMaster openers.

Can I add windows or frosted glass?

Yes. Most of the doors we install — Clopay included — offer decorative window sections and glass options, including frosted/privacy glass, so you can get natural light without giving up privacy.

Does my new door include new tracks and springs?

Yes — a new installation includes new tracks, rollers, hinges and hardware, fresh perimeter weather seal, and a properly sized torsion spring system, all balanced and safety-checked.

How long does installation take?

Most standard installations are done in a few hours on a single visit. We'll give you a clear time window when we schedule.

How long will it take to get my door?

It depends on the specific model, size, color, windows, and customization. Stock and common configurations are typically available sooner; custom doors take longer. We'll give you a realistic timeframe with your quote.

Do I need a permit to replace my garage door?

It can depend on your city and the scope of the work — requirements vary by municipality. As part of your estimate we'll identify any installation requirements that apply to your job, rather than making a blanket claim that every door needs a permit.

Do you haul away the old garage door?

Yes — removal, haul-away, and cleanup are all part of the install. You're left with a finished, working door and a tidy garage.

What warranty comes with my new door?

Your new door carries its manufacturer's warranty (coverage varies by brand and model), and we back our installation workmanship. The spring system and hardware we install are covered too — we'll walk you through the exact terms before you buy.
